Aberdeen is an established community in Harford County with over 100 years of tradition.  It is also home to Aberdeen Proving Grounds (APG). APG is headquarters to the United States Army Test and Evaluation Command.  APG occupies over 72,000 acres in Harford County.  APG employs more than 7,500 civilians and 5,000 military personnel.  With the announcement of BRAC, there are even more employment opportunities available in Aberdeen.

Belair is the County seat for Harford County and is the “The Heart of Harford” with a variety of County and State agencies, shopping, medical facilities, and more.

Boeing On-Site at Aberdeen Proving Ground – How Will this Affect the Harford County Real Estate Market?

The Boeing Company has just opened its new building inside Aberdeen Proving Ground.  They join several other defense contractors with locations in Aberdeen. 

This is exciting news and is very promising for the Harford County real estate market.  The new location will bring more jobs to the area, which will in turn mean more people moving, renting and buying homes there!
