Credit scores are really confusing!   We should know.  We review hundreds of applicants’ credit scores a year and we know that sometimes these scores don’t make sense.  People will call us and tell us their score is one number and, when we pull it, the numbers are totally different.   Or debts come up that are so old, it is crazy.  Now, finally, an article that explains some of the mystery behind the scores.
