Monitors all contract deadlines, to ensure you and the buyer remain in contract
Troubleshoots any potential problems that could cause an issue for you as the seller
Coordinates all inspections, appraisals, appointments and settlement details between seller and buyer
Costs Associated w/ Closing:
All seller fees (buyer agent fee, closing costs, title company fee), which are separate from Yaffe Real Estate, will be the same across the board
Buyer Agent Fee: 2-3%
Closing Costs: 1.1% (your half of the state and county stamps/transfer taxes)
Title Company Fee: .2% (includes all fees associated w/ pay-off of current mortgage and filing new deed with the county)
I choose to be conservative in my numbers to manage your expectations properly. My goal is for you to have your expectations met or exceeded at the closing table…no one likes surprises.
Easy-Exit
If at any time you feel we are not doing the job you expected, you can cancel our agreement without penalty.
